I remember last fall, when we began talking about UCD (user-centered design) for the first time (ah yes, UCD, another one of those acronyms sure to strike fear into the life of every new employee), and we weren't necessarily sure where this particular acronym would lead us...
Even now, 6 months after our training in Texas, and with another group of colleagues having recently completed the same training, we are still learning and still discovering where it will lead us. But we are also beginning to move in new ways, talk in new ways, ask questions in new ways and even collaborate in new ways...

We are all asking in project meetings "What would the customer/user want?" and "What kind of discovery can we do to get at this/that?"
