YouTube's "Satisfy the Cat": A Great Starting Place for Understanding UCD
Whether you have recently been introduced to that new little acronym--UCD--or you have been working with it for a few months, you might find interesting one of the first videos I came across which helped to put the concept of User-Centered Design into a context for me.
